Join us for a 6-week series on the following Sundays from 4-5:30pm

August 20th, August 27th, September 3rd, (skipping September 10th) September 17th, September 24th, October 1st

This series is an experiential learning process. The following content will be covered throughout the classes in order to optimize retention. (as opposed to lecture format)

  • Introduction to Yoga

  • Introduction to breath control

  • Instruction on how to get into and out of the basic yoga pustures(including proper alignment and purpose)

  • Fundamental principles used in all of the poses 

  • Hands on assists and individualized attention

  • time for questions, fun and community!


If you are new to yoga, privates are one of the best ways to begin! You can do this one on one or schedule a private intro class for a group for you and your friends or you and a loved one!
