Hatha Yoga with Ali

Tuesdays 10:30-11:45 September 19th-December 5th


This 12-week series class focuses on strengthening and stretching common areas of tension and weakness as a result of our modern lifestyles. Whether you are suffering now or have ever suffered from back pain, shoulder/neck pain, or knee pain, this class will give you the tools to live a healthier life without aches. This series will incorporate yoga poses and yoga inspired movements, breathing techniques along with guided visualization techniques that will promote a healthier mind-body relationship.


 Hatha Yoga with Ali

Tuesdays 7:00-8:30pm September 19th-December 5th

Delve deeper. Yoga is a technology. Yoga comes with an array of tools to help us tune the instruments of our body. This 12-week series is designed to empower you. Ali will push you past your comfort zone. On the other side is a much happier, stronger and healthier you.

Class includes: asana(postures), pranayama(breath control), bandhas(energy locks), visualization, meditation, mantra (sound).

Some experience is required.


Gentle Yoga with Amy

Wednesdays 7:00-8:30pm September 13th-November 8th

Gentle Yoga For The Seasons: A 9-week series that will help calm and cool you off through the hottest days of summer and then nurture and support you through transition to the fall. No experience necessary, open to all levels. This class will make use of Ayurvedic ideas, yoga postures, breathing techniques, and visualizations.  Please wear comfortable loose clothing.

Hatha Yoga with Ali

This gently flowing class will help you to improve circulation, ease digestion, maintain a limber spine, strengthen you and simply make you more at ease. Through yoga, breathwork and meditation you will develop confidence and nurture your innate wisdom to connect your body and mind. This class is also an excellent choice for seniors, pregnant women, and students suffering from chronic illness or injuries.


Yin and The Organs with Ali

Thursdays 7:00-8:30pm September 21st-December 7th

 According to Traditional Chinese Medicine each organ has a mental, emotional and physical correlation. This 12-week series is a personal journey in understanding how our organs are connected to our emotions and our mind.

Yin is a more relaxing form of yoga which focuses less on strength and more on the stretch! Yin is great for arthritis and improving range of motion.  Through long holds and deep stretches we target the joints, ligaments and our INNARDS!
