Join Ali and Kenny Kolter for yoga, chanting and a gong bath.
This class will begin with a powerful breathing exercise to stoke the bodies vital energy. Following breath work, we will then do a short set of poses specifically designed to enliven the subtle body. Ali will then guide the class in call and response chanting of simple mantras(no experience needed). Through the use of simple sounds, we will tune our instruments. Then, you will lay comfortably for a powerful and relaxing gong session led by Kenny Kolter.
