Monday 7-8:15pm with Kara from January 1st-March 19th
This twelve-week yoga series will invigorate your practice and assist you in finding a safe challenge. This class is focused on stretching into your “edge”. Through intelligent use of sequencing, posture and breath you will be able to advance your practice as we safely build up to and explore more advanced postures and techniques. The class will also work to reestablish a healthy energy in the body. If feeling dull you will leave invigorated. If feeling anxious, these classes will sooth the nerves. Options to scale the intensity of the class up or down will be made available. Bring a spirit of adventure. All levels welcome.
