Tantra and the Chakras- What happens when your energetic body is balanced? You have an abundance of energy! Imagine having all of the energy in the world that you could ever want, and then having the capacity within you to be so intelligently discriminate about where you put this energy that you have built. This series is designed to help broaden your awareness through posture, breath work, intention and the use of energy locks. We will expand our energy in this fun, safe challenge of a practice. 

Tuesday am- 10:30-11:45am

Wednesday 7:00-8:15pm
Yin and Restorative This class is an opportunity for you to drink in peace and calm amongst the busyness of the world.  All of the poses in this class are done on the floor and are held for a few to several minutes in duration. Within these longer holds, the layers between the muscles are stimulated. This class is great for reducing stress, improving range of motion, great for reducing arthritis and for feeling renewed and restored.  We will use bolsters, blankets and blocks in order to create a deeply nourishing and restorative experience. The body will leave feeling stimulated and relaxed. 


Thursday

10:30-11:45am HEAT- A yoga class that will emphasize heating and expanding breath work along with postures that will create heat internally and externally. Our muscles are HOT in nature. This practice will include longer holds and will strengthen and challenge you to your edge. Through tapas(often referred to as heat in Sanskrit) we can cleanse internally. This class will provide a safe challenge to strengthen and cleanse from the inside out.

Thursday
