4-Week Beginner's Series with James Nohinek


A 4-week beginner's yoga series designed to give complete beginners a place to start.  This class will be instructional and experiential in nature.

This class will address how to get into and out of the most common yoga poses. This will include how to do a sun salutation properly and how to modify appropriately.

Series also includes:

  • how yoga works
  • foundational principles for every pose
  • breathing in yoga
  • individualized attention in order to help address specific modifications 

In order to serve you best, we are limited the class enrollement to 12.
