Gentle Yoga- 4 Week Series

This class is for students of all levels. The theme of this class is slow and steady wins the race.  This class includes breathing techniques, gentle strength designed to place appropriate stress on the joints and muscles and gentle stretching.  

Each class in the series will have an energetic focus and will work to balance the body, mind and spirit!
